For most people it's not strange anymore to see a woman kissing another woman in public. According to research almost 50% of the women had a kiss moment with another woman in their life, which is much more than men kissing another man.

This 50% percentage is mainly under women of 30 years or younger while the percentage with older women (above 50 years old) is about 15%. According to research it's normal and accepted for women to have an erotic experience with another woman.

With male the percentage is much lower. Only 16% of men of all ages kissed another man in their life which is a big difference with women of all ages.

The most of the women who took part in this research were heterosexual, which means that these 50% of the women who kissed another woman before are not necessarily lesbian. Many women are more openminded and see their sexuality as a flexible and changing part of their life. Other women are happy with the relation with their man but also want to discover the other side of their sexuality with another woman. A few of the women are very clear in their choice for a men but like to kiss a women to turn on men.
